Assembly- Required.

Director is first and foremost an "authoring tool". The authoring tool is the vehicle for integrating all the pieces, such as text, graphics, animation, sound, and video. Whatever product is selected sets design limitations and establishes the level of effort. Director is the optimal authoring tool available today- in my opinion, nothing compares with it.

All the art, sound, animation, and text files are brought together and organized into their appropriate folders. Files are imported into Director's cast, becoming actors in a production in the process.

File naming conventions are checked against the plans. From here the final working project is created.
