2. People- I am not sure that an arts/crafts fair based on the popular conception would be the most economical use of our resources. I have found, however that there are several individuals who are known to be craftsmen in our midst. We also have resources that would not be utilized by an event centering totally on crafts. In an effort to involve new people in vital ways, I believe that the time and effort should rather be expended in a way that would draw a variety of participants together. On the conceptual end, we have professional art educators in our midst to advise and guide. We have people with tremendous organizational skills and craftsmen who could demonstrate their processes and abilities. We have people who have been involved with christian education of children for a lifetime. We have people skilled in music, drama, and art. I have also had to analyze the realities of how God put me together and how that should enter into the formula.
