2. I would like to see the residents of the community in which our church facilities are located become vitally acquainted with our presence here. An arts festival can especially touch young people, and in turn their families by providing an alternative, God centered form of family programming. This is a way to reach out not only to our neighbors, but to become acquainted with new faces and a primary contact in a non threatening atmosphere. Our dedication to the creative arts will also become apparent to adults who participate. | |
