The time frame you have already set seems to be a reasonable amount of time in which to organize the event. It would be on Saturday, July 30, held as a one day event, with Friday as a setup and preparation day. We need to look into parking options for overflow crowd. I would take primary responsibility for coordinating and facilitating the event. Realistically, such an endeavor cannot succeed without the participation of many individuals. Experience tells me, however, that a few people can accomplish much when given the proper leadership and incentive. I hope to see new relationships being formed in our midst, and new commonalities revealed among the parts of the body here at New Covenant.This would be an unique opportunity to unwrap and utilize many of the gifts and talents so often overlooked in the body of Christ. Perhaps this is yet another reason and goal for such an endeavor.
