Redeemer of the Broken
His tender mercies we claim for our own
Our hearts will trust the Lord alone
Broken promises, shattered dreams
When weíve lost hope- He redeems
All the best brightest blessed things
Beyond what we deserve
The broken heart he sets on wings
The servant now is served!
Oh Redeemer of the broken
Restorer of the weak
The remedy for our disease
Your healing we will seek!
For the broken and the contrite heart
You will not send away
We enter into
We let the cross of Jesus have its way.
For I am crucified with Christ
Nevertheless I live
Yet not I , but it is Christ who lives in me.
I follow to the resurrection and all that it can give
The life I liveÝ in this body I live to Christ alone
He died upon the cross so I could live to make it known.
So that we could see the tree of life
He bore the tree of death
So that we could breath the breath of life
The breathed His final breath,
When the Son became a substitute
So for sin he could atone
He pulled the Sin out by its root
And there holy seed was sown.
Oh Redeemer of the broken
Restorer of the weak
The remedy for our disease
Your healing we will seek!
For the broken and the contrite heart
You will not send away
We enter into
We let the cross of Jesus have its way.
