A Manís gotta do what a manís gotta do.

Got to lay down your life to be faithful and true

Got to give all it takes Godís ways to pursue.

The path of least resistance is no way for Godís man.

With a hallowed persistence we must pursue Godís plan.

Itís not just with Godís assistance that we follow his command

Itís only Of Him and Through Him and To Him that we stand.

A Manís gotta do what a manís gotta do.

Got to lay down your life to be faithful and true

Got to give all it takes Godís ways to pursue.

Yeah a manís gotta do what a manís gotta do.

The wide roadÝ of the world is calling us toÝ stray

It seems so rightÝ for there are so many on its way.

But it all ends up in judgment and it ends up with God's wrath

ItÝ takes us downÝ to destruction in it's never ending path.

Its so easy to compromise whenÝ your back's against the wall

And it seems to make no sense toÝ make a stand and heed God's call

It's a bitter lesson to learnÝ so you'd better count the cost

You are called to be so different from the worldÝ so dark and lost.
