Lord open my mind so I can find

How to open my soul to your total control

All the ways the spirit shows

Lord let there never be a door in me thatís closed!

Open up my rooms and sweep them clean

All the whitewashed tombs inside of me- show me what they mean

Lord open my mouth so I can shout to the north and the south

Out in the open air and declare I am open to your love and care

Lord open my hands that I may let go of all of my plans

Open my arms that I may embrace all of your charms
