Never Found Another

Iíve never found another person in this old world like Jesus.

Iíve never found another whoíd be such a faithful friend

Never hoped to find

The kind of peace of mind

That comes from knowing Him

Whoíll see me through to the end.

Never found such compassion or mercy from any man

He shows me that He cares,

No other love compares

To the faithful Love He shows

Never found another with nail scars in their hands.

Heís not just there to meet my needs

He is there to be my Lord

Heís there to be my confidence

The world cannot afford

Heís there to change my inner man

Break down every hidden wall,

And though I may not understand

I recognize his call.

Iíve never found another person in this old world like Jesus.

Iíve never found the comfort his open arms extend.

Cause in him I can hide-

He draws me to His side

And I know that I can rest there all my days

Never found another who is such a faithful friend.

So though I love my other friends

Iíll never seek to replace

The depth and height of glorious hope

I find in Jesusí face.

Iíve never found another person in this old world like Jesus.

He shows me that He cares,
