Holy Spirit now descend

Upon these waters as our friend

Descend below them now to show

The life that Christ has come to know.

Spirit teach us every one

That as God's Glory raised the Son

We have been buried with You

And we can walk in life anew!

Let this be the final death

Let your Spirit be our breath

That this white funeral may be

A picture of entry to eternity!

For as we rise with you to live

Let your Holy Spirit give

power and praise and the desire

To live a love of Holy Fire!
