Take and eat this bread I give-

for by this broken bread you will live.

Tho brokenness be my destiny,

Take and eat and remember me!

Take this cup and drink it all-

For this covenant shall never fall...

After the blood of the covenant flows free

Take this cup and remember me!

Take these elements I give-

As more than symbols- let them live

In your heart as well as your memory

Take them and remember me

Partake of their Holy mystery

Each time you do- rememeber me!
