How do I crown Him King?

How do I make my life an offering?

How does such a lowly one bow down-

Or exalt him with a sovereign's crown?

When he is Lord of everything

What shall I bring to the King of Kings?

A mouth that confesses Him each day

Or a life that lives his love always?

For the crown belongs to the victor-And He is victorious still

As in His resurrection-He does the Father's will

Since I am found in Him-And He is living in me

I share in exaltation- I share in victory!

So by living with obedience, by loving with my all

My life proclaims His Lordship and His name I exalt!

How do I crown him King

When He reigns for all to surely see?

The heavenly hosts around Him sing

And so He reigns forever in me!

My body and soul are His domain

My spirit and heart are His throne

My mind and will shall procalim His name

And the Living Lord of all make known!
