March 21, 2005 Bracketology 101

I heard on sportsradio that if anyone has 11 or 12 of the Sweet Sixteen left on their brackets, they are doing well. Hey, I have thirteen left. I , like lots of you missed Wake Forest, Boston College and Kansas. but I did pick the rest including several upsets along the way. I suspect my percentage will fall off now since I am going with a Louisville- Kentucky dream game final. Yes, you heard right- got to be loyal to my teams, you know?

The Schiavo Case

President Bush signed the Schiavo bill, transferring jurisdiction of the Terri Schiavo case to a U.S. court.

"Today, I signed into law a bill that will allow federal courts to hear a claim by or on behalf of Terri Schiavo for violation of her rights relating to the withholding or withdrawal of food, fluids, or medical treatment necessary to sustain her life," a statement from the president said.
