have a friend you would be willing to lay down your life for? Do you think
Jesus is ONLY speaking literally here?
p. 84-Redeeming the time:
Lack of time for people is a
problem in the church toiday. What are some ways we can balance our work
responsibilities woth other life responsibilities?
p. 85- Describe some ways
to “take things easily” in Christ (Phil 3:16-17). What does this
mean?

Perspicuity is a
theological term that means we know all we need to know to do God’s will.
What is the difference
in the disciples relationship to
Christ in terms of being servants and friends? What are some passages of
scripture that speak top this? How do these impact our fellowship?
John 15:15 (The New American Standard
Bible) "No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know
what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I
have heard from My Father I have made known to you.
Tie
this in with 1 Thess 2 passage in supplement.
Php 2:2-3 make
my joy complete by being of the same mind,
maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. Do
nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as
more important than himself;
1 John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons
of God, and it doth not yet appear what we
shall be: but we know that, when he shall
appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is

Are
these flip sides of the same coin?
What
is the fellowship of the towel? John 13:3-9 at first of upper room discourse- It
