I will prepare a questionnaire to be distributed to people interested in participating to uncover hidden talents and to determine areas of interest. From this information, church members will be asked to volunteer time and talents. Materials can be voluntary or solicited donations. We have a wealth of talent and experience in our midst that would be willing to participate in a well coordinated event. We have talented and creative individuals that could share their ideas with the people who come. We also need to explore the possibilities of purchasing some materials and the method for doing this. I can prepare and provide a preliminary budget if necessary. We also have the ability to train volunteers who would like to supervise activities. Art or craft experience is not required to be a vital link in the realization of the event.
