Anthony Foster is currently Senior Instructional Designer for
St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley. He has been
producing multi-image since 1980, and multimedia and computer
based instruction since 1987.He has been online since 1991 and
on the web since 1993. He currently teaches an Internet Literacy
