Martin 2004 OM-35 Serial # 1021243 |
|
The C. F. Martin OM-35 was built between 2003 and 2007. This guitar has a Sunrise S1 pickup installed. The Martin OM is itself based on the OOO or ÔTriple OÕ body design, but adds a longer scale length neck – 25.4 inches instead of the Triple OÕs 24.9 inches. This increases the string tension, making the top work a bit harder to deliver a bit more volume and clarity. As a Õ35Õ model, the OM-35 features a Sitka Spruce top with scalloped Spruce braces, paired with Indian Rosewood for the sides, back, headplate and in this case, the bridge and bound fingerboard. |
